How it Works

  1. You have a technology related issue that you want resolved.
  2. You contact MiddleTech via phone call, text, or email and describe your issue.
  3. MiddleTech responds with an explanation of the problem and potential resolution.
  4. We negotiate a date and time for the technician to come out to your home or place of business to resolve the issue.
  5. The technician resolves your issue and you provide payment for the service.

For services that require parts - required parts are determined prior to repair and you pay a deposit for them prior to installation; labor costs are paid after successful repair.

The rate for services is $85/hour. There is a one hour minimum; after one hour, services will be charged by the quarter hour.
