How it Works
- You have a technology related issue that you want resolved.
- You contact MiddleTech via phone call, text, or email and describe your issue.
- MiddleTech responds with an explanation of the problem and potential resolution.
- We negotiate a date and time for the technician to come out to your home or place of business to resolve the issue.
- The technician resolves your issue and you provide payment for the service.
For services that require parts - required parts are determined prior to repair and you pay a deposit for them prior to installation; labor costs are paid after successful repair.
The rate for services is $85/hour. There is a one hour minimum; after one hour, services will be charged by the quarter hour.
